Ashley and Cheryl's  divorce is not finalized yet, but Cheryl already has plans to sell the house of  3.5 million pounds she shared with Ashley Cole.A close friend has told The Sun: "Cheryl will sell. She is already seeking a new home, but it will be much smaller than the one she has  now. She does not need a large property. She wants to be closer to London but to stay close to Heathrow Airport to travel abroad more easily. "
And visit her boyfriend Derek often who lives in Los Angeles. Too cute.
Cheryl Cole is expected to release her  second album at the end of the year. The  new album just answers the question that everyone asks in the UK: no, the singer will not change her name despite her divorce from Ashley.
Information confirmed by one of  her friends at the Sun: "Cheryl has decided to keep her married name. She has experienced the most prosperous period of her career under the name Cole. She is famous in Europe. Going back to her  maiden name would be confusing .
