Karim Benzema

The French international player  injured his ankle during training on Thursday morning. The severity of his injury is not yet known.The season starts badly for Karim Benzema. Competing with Gonzalo Higuain in the forefront of the attack on Real Madrid. If he has the confidence of his coach, Jose Mourinho, the former Lyon player  knows he must now give everything in training .But Benzema is maybe giving a bit too much . At training  on Thursday morning, the French international injured his ankle and had to leave  the field . If the severity of his injury has not yet been provided, the technical staff at Real Madrid do not seem very worried. According to AS, the player is expected tomorrow at the training center to see if the pain has subsided. Otherwise, tests should be conducted to establish the duration of his unavailability.

Ben Arfa case

Still absent at the OM trainings , Hatem Ben Arfa is going to visit northern Germany on Thursday.Hatem Ben Arfa and his entourage continue their tour of Europe. After meeting with the Newcastle leaders , the midfielder will therefore proceed from the side of Bremen to meet those of Werder Bremen, explains La Provence. However, Klaus Allofs, the German club's sporting director, has cooled the track . "We're not looking for a replacement for Mesut Özil. Whether  Marko Marin or Aaron Hunt or someone else, we will find a domestic solution," he told Sky Germany.If Werder Bremen did not decide to engage a new player , Hatem Ben Arfa will look at possibilites in Hoffenheim or AC Milan, who seems always interested to retrieve .

At Real, Mourinho is the boss. Why ? , because he deals with everything and especially what he shouldn't deal with . If Özil arrived in Madrid despite several days of tense negotiations with Werder,  it's thanks to him. Result: 15 million euros for a player who  still only has one year contract left . But here it's Madrid and  to buy a player with  the highest price possible  is more than a tradition, it is a policy. 

Özil has the huge advantage of being a star in Turkey and Germany . That's in two markets of 80 million inhabitants each.  Germany is the new hype but it is also the European country least damaged by the economic crisis.  So when Kaka is twisting  (again ) his knee, Mourinho knows what kind of backup he has .

Cheryl Cole

Ashley and Cheryl's  divorce is not finalized yet, but Cheryl already has plans to sell the house of  3.5 million pounds she shared with Ashley Cole.A close friend has told The Sun: "Cheryl will sell. She is already seeking a new home, but it will be much smaller than the one she has  now. She does not need a large property. She wants to be closer to London but to stay close to Heathrow Airport to travel abroad more easily. "

Cheryl Cole is expected to release her  second album at the end of the year. The  new album just answers the question that everyone asks in the UK: no, the singer will not change her name despite her divorce from Ashley.
Information confirmed by one of  her friends at the Sun: "Cheryl has decided to keep her married name. She has experienced the most prosperous period of her career under the name Cole. She is famous in Europe. Going back to her  maiden name would be confusing .

Ben arfa case

After the departure of Mamadou Niang for Fenerbahce Istanbul, Hatem Ben Arfa could join AC Milan in exchange for the cute   Dutch striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar.  After a poor start to the french league season with two defeats in two days, Marseille would appreciate  the arrival of the Dutchman  before the start of the Champions League. Arriving in Lombardy last summer, the former striker of Real Madrid and Ajax Amsterdam could revive his career at the forefront of the Marseille  attack .

Gunner problems

Uh- oh , it looks like Arsenal is still unlucky with injuries . Samir Nasri seems to be injured and will stay for about a month without playing . All the info here .

Liverpool 1 - 1 Arsenal

Finally .

The EPL  started , and started with very interesting games.

First Tottenham - ManCity . Unfortunately it ended nul-nul, but it was a really good game to watch , especially on the Spurs side.

And the other game of course , Liverpool - Arsenal . A match we've all been waiting for ... ( really , we just wanted to see Fernando Torres wet )

Arsenal dominated in the first half and right before half time , a stupid tackle from Joe Cole on Arsenal's new boy Koscielny  got Cole out on his fisrt game in the EPL with liverpool !

Just in the beginning of the 2nd period , the Frenchman David N'gog  scored  thanks to the help  of Almunia's bad goal keeping . Even though the Reds were down to 10 men , they dominated the 2nd half and then , at the 90th minute , new Arsenal cutie Marouane Chamakh went for a goal with the head , the ball hits the bar and poor Reina gets it in . Well I guess that's what you get for partying too much !

Ben Arfa Case

We all know Hatem Ben Arfa , the Tunisian cutie , was suppose to play with Newcastle this season.

Didier Deschamps , his old coach at L'OM , wanted to get rid of him because he wasn't giving his best to the club . Newcastle weren't even going to pay for Ben Arfa , he was going to be lent to them .

Ben Arfa approved and was really excited to be part of the EPL.

Later on , big problem came up , Mamadou Niang , the French league's best scorer decided he wanted to leave Marseille. Ben arfa was doing well with the French NT so Didier Deschamps said to Ben Arfa  " you know what ? Your not leaving after all . "

The Tunisian was revolted and felt used . This is what he said in return.
